Provides exceptional customer service for the members and guests at PRO Sports Spa and Salon while enforcing club rules and policies. Customer Service is performed with enthusiasm and friendliness and a willingness to help others. Educational and learning opportunities are met with an eagerness and willingness to grow. - Prepare and qualify for services in alignment with training and program expectations, which may include practicing skills and techniques outside of scheduled hours

- Understand and achieve fiscal and educational goals in order to complete associate training program

- Embrace all learning opportunities presented

- Understand that the goals and parameters may be adjusted as necessary during the program parameters

- Graciously greet all guests ensuring they have refreshments, cutting robe etc. and escorting them to station for their service

- Ensure guest receives a World Class experience from point of pick up, throughout service, and concluding service

- Use excellent listening skills in consultation, determine service plan according to guests desires, needs and lifestyle.

- Assist in shampooing, sweeping, blow-outs, cut, color, style, up-do and all other services provided by salon provider

- Provide services to paying guests once qualified within program parameters

- Strive for the shampoo time to be a relaxing experience

- When applicable, prepare all color with scales, not only to reduce waste but to ensure exact replication if possible

- Assist in documentation of color formulas in software program- Strive for excellence in all services given

- Show guests how to use products and to style their hair so that they may reproduce the

  look at home

- Take all products you recommend to the front desk with a prescription recommendation sheet

- Sincerely thank each guest for their visit

- Arrive a minimum of fifteen minutes ahead of your first guest to ensure self and job preparedness

- Check daily schedule, and future schedule, for any booking errors and relay to the Concierge for correction whenever possible

- Learn how to schedule appointments through software system

- Recommends “at home care” program for all guests

- Recommends and schedules Re-booking of Salon services for guests

- Listens to the concerns of all guests and addresses their concerns accurately

- Attends monthly Staff Meetings

- Participates in all Spa & Salon Events

- Participates in Salon Trade Program

- Assists with preparation for cast trainings and education

- Assure salon station is exceptionally clean, prepared and stocked with necessary tools

- Close each day with a clean work station, tools, and business matters completed

- Ensure all tools must be sanitized and sterilized per Washington State Law

- Communicate with management as necessary

- Work as a team player at all times

- Leave all personal matters outside the club

- Willingness to be flexible with schedule when necessary

- Understand that completion of the Salon Associate program is not a guarantee for employment as a Cast Member



- Must hold a current Washington State cosmetology license

- Some Salon experience preferred

- Customer service experience preferred
