As a contributing and collaborative member of the marketing team, the Videographer will develop and create visual storytelling across multiple platforms, using both photography and videography to inform, engage and entertain audiences to support PRO Club & PRO Medical’s communication and marketing goals. The videographer executes all aspects of video production from start to finish with direction from the Senior Director of Marketing.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Video Pre-Production
- Gathers and proposes ideas and topics for video by understanding the business goals of PRO
- Meets with department leaders as needed to plan and coordinate video concepts/needs
- Works in conjunction with the marketing team
- Initiates content production meetings for new projects
- Assists in the content development and message strategy
- Utilizes video script writing and story board fundamentals
- Assists in casting and location set-up as needed
- Sets and maintain a production schedule prior to shoot


Field Video Production
- Shoots and edits material for content using professional video cameras and still cameras
- Captures the image and essence of PRO through video without minimal impact on the member experience during business hours
- Sets up shoot including lighting, sound and other technical details
- May use still photography and motion graphics to produce promotional videos
- Coach on-screen voice and camera talent


Video Postproduction Skills
- Performs video editing using Adobe Premiere software or similar
- Designs after effects as needed including motion graphics, layout, and animation
- Prepares video for multi-media formats including web, and other digital distribution mediums
- Coordinates videos being deployed on websites, digital signage and social platforms
- Ensures that all videos appeals to the needs of a varying audience of ability through the use of captioning and other forms as needed
- Encodes and archive online videos
- Tracks video analytics


Miscellaneous Duties
- Takes weekly cast New Hire photographs and processes prints for Human Resources
- Manages YouTube video sites
- Maintain video equipment
- Coordinates and manages media assets
- Tracks current video trends in social media and optimize videos for highest engagement
- Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the Cast Manual
- Attend all department meetings
- Performs other duties as assigned


- Bachelor’s in Communications, Journalism, Film or equivalent in experience and education.
- One or more years of experience in story telling via videography
- One or more years of experience in video production, videography and video editing
- Experience with advanced multimedia storytelling techniques on multiple platforms
