The Medical Center Patient Care Coordinator performs all front office related administrative duties for the Physical Therapy, Podiatry and Orthopedics and Naturopathic Medicine departments. Maintains clean, professional medical center front office with adherence to the show ready standards, world-class customer service and core values of PRO Sports Club.


  • Greet patients and answer incoming front office calls in courteous, helpful and personable
  • Register patients according to established protocols, inform patients of medical office procedures and policy
  • Patient check-in/check-out, schedule patient appointments
  • Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival: notifying provider and patient of any service delays
  • Maintains accurate patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
  • Assists patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance verifications
  • Check front office voice mail daily
  • Send faxes, mail and other patient and clinic correspondence
  • Scan and input documents to electronic patient medical charts
  • Reporting statistics as required
  • Responsible for daily cash; medical supply and co-pay collection and payment entry
  • Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information


  • College degree in related field preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures and diagnosis
  • Working knowledge of healthcare insurance preferred
  • Experience in a medical environment preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Current CPR Certification required (From either Red Cross or American Heart Association)
