    Contributes and generates revenue to the club through honest and enthusiastic membership sales and service, influences corporate sign-ups, assists with retention and makes all members feel welcomed and appreciated.   As an ambassador to the club, this position is expected to reflect the image and brand of PRO Sports Club.  This includes adherence to PRO’s Core Values, Seven Service Guidelines (PRO BEST), and our Mission Statement.



    - Provides effective and sincere membership tours to prospective members, guests and Microsoft new-enrollees, determining their needs and motivations; matching those needs and motivations with membership

    - When not touring, generates new sales leads through prospecting, continuing to work current leads, member referrals, old leads, corporate leads, etc.  A minimum of 5 appointments per day is expected

    - Handles incoming informational calls, schedules appointments, and mails appropriate club information as requested

    - Accurately and efficiently processes all necessary agreements, membership forms and reports

    - Adheres to all steps in the “Client Relations Management” system regarding follow-up by phone and written thank you within 48 hours of initial contact, seven day and two-week calls 

    - Make a minimum of 10 calls per day to current or prospective members to stay in touch and assist with member retention, prospecting and/or follow-up

    - Listens to and reads relevant sales materials as well as attends and participates in monthly sales and training meetings to enhance performance

    - Assists in the facilitation of scheduling personal trainer initial consultation for all new members

    - Works as a team member to provide a high level of service to members, contribute to a profitable club operation and handle member challenges, questions, concerns, inquiries, etc. expeditiously, gracefully and effectively

    - Participates and assists in the implementation of all promotions as needed. Includes corporate health fairs and MS Orientation rotation

    - Conducts retention calls for canceled members

    - Maintains accurate statistics on calls, tours, and sales each month

    - Stocks sales offices, front desk and activity bulletin boards with marketing and membership material

    - Assists with training of any new membership coordinator

    - Prepares brochures, trial passes and packets for corporate companies

    - Responds to all daily e-mail and phone inquiries

    - Maintains a closing ratio of above 60%.

    - Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned


    Compensation: Average annual salary - 50K-60K

    - High School Diploma

    - Minimum of two year’s work experience in customer service in a sales related field
