  • Overview

    Under management direction the Pro Shop sales associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest service to both our internal and external members of PRO Sports Club. The associate will assist in overseeing the daily departmental operations of retail sales, merchandising and club services. The main responsibility of this position is to help build our retail sales and services through role modeling, guest servicing, ordering and proper merchandising of our products.     - Assists the Pro Shop Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales projections
    established for the Pro Shop
    - Responsible for merchandising, stocking and selling of products in the Pro Shop
    - Responsibilities also include loss prevention and assisting with all inventory counts and
    - Build relationships with members. Work with other Pro Shop cast to communicate member needs and special orders following up immediately on guest requests or needs.
    - Creates effective merchandising of products at all points of sale
    - Specifying products for retail sale based on guest comments; flow thru and close
    monitoring of inventory sales
    - Effectively improves our members and guest’s exposure to purchasing opportunities
    without sacrificing the upscale and non-commercial ambience of the club
    - Assists in implementing gift promotions, gift baskets, Gift Cards and Holiday Events
    - Assists management in the support of ordering and receiving. Assists in accuracy and
    SKU reporting to the accounting department and POS systems
    - Participates in each monthly inventory
    - Evaluates guest comments and participates in creating solutions to our obstacles
    - Assists in achieving all monthly sales goals and promotions
    - Attends all scheduled department meetings
    - Assists in creating and implementing tools for retail sales and service development
    - Adherence to all policies and procedures as outlined in the Cast Manual


    Hourly Compensation: $14.00-$16.00

    - High School Diploma or equivalent
    - Successful completion of all PRO Sports Club training as it relates to the department or the
    - Retail sales experience of a minimum of one year
    - CPR certification required
