  • Overview

    Looking for a dynamic, forward thinking, positive person who enjoys interacting with patients in person and on the phone. The Age Management/Wellness Center Patient Care is the first to greet patients in person and/or on the phone. The qualified candidate will be responsible for office administration including, but not limited to, greeting patients, following appropriate check in procedures and assisting with clinical patient care related tasks including answering multi line phones, development of patient accounts, sale operations, scheduling, assisting providers in clinic and other duties as assigned.

    Responsibilities

    - Greet and be attentive to Age Management/Wellness clinic patients, private pay patients, guests and cast member
    - Welcome each patient/guest with a smile and be attentive to needs, make sure they are arriving on-time for all appointments
    - Patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling and provider notification upon patient arrival
    - Provide and process all intake and clinic forms
    - Answer all multi-line phone calls regarding Age Management/Wellness Clinic patients, private pay services phone calls/voice mails and email inquiries and respond within 24 hours (preferably as soon as possible):
       - General questions about Age Management program
       - Sign up inquiries to Intro Seminar
       - Schedule or make needed changes to all Age Management/Wellness Clinic appointments
       - Assist in courteous, gracious, helpful and personable manner
    - Operate billing system:
    - (Allscripts & CSI) by charging clients for fees
    - Responsible for daily transactions, and closing out till at end of day. Produce the day’s summary, and turn in to Accounting at end of each day
    - Work closely with the accounting department regarding changes to memberships, contracts, and
    billing for all programs
    - Assist with faxes, mail, filing, copying, and scanning all documents and clinic correspondence

     

    Hourly Compensation: $18.00 - DOE

    Qualifications

    - College degree in related field preferred
    - Some experience required, preferably within a medical environment
    - Customer Service and Sales experience preferred
    - Current CPR Certification required (From either Red Cross or American Heart Association)
