The Cafe Lead will work closely with Café Assistant Manager to ensure that food service tasks are completed by cast members in a timely manner while assuring the highest level of guest satisfaction possible. This is done through active and ongoing engagement with guests, helping to establish, maintain & train all service standards & systems, and genuinely striving to assure that every guest’s experience in the Café is exceptional. They will assist where needed in order to maintain a positive, productive work environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to cashiering, drink and food preparation, stocking, food running, order taking, labor controls, organizational goals, quality control, health and safety, training of cast members, and general service to members and other cast. Adherence to PRO’s vision and mission statements is expected and is critical to the PRO Sports Club Food Service Department.
